Implementation Engineer
About the Role
Einstein Maestro Automation Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Implementation Engineer to support industrial automation projects, machine installations, and commissioning activities. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates or diploma holders who are eager to build a career in automation, machine integration, and industrial systems.
The candidate will work closely with senior engineers during machine setup, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and on-site implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Assist in installation and commissioning of industrial automation machines and systems
- Support machine setup activities at customer locations and internal facilities
- Help in alignment, assembly, and integration of mechanical and electrical components
Electrical & Mechanical Support
- Perform basic wiring, cable routing, panel support, and field connections
- Assist in fitting, mounting, and alignment of machine parts and assemblies
- Support troubleshooting of basic electrical and mechanical issues
Testing & Trial Runs
- Assist senior engineers during machine testing and trial operations
- Monitor machine performance during trial runs and report observations
- Support calibration and basic parameter checking activities
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and daily work updates
- Maintain records of machine implementation activities and customer feedback
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and checklists
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety guidelines during installation and site work
- Use mandatory PPE and maintain safe work practices at customer sites
- Ensure tools and equipment are handled properly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Knowledge of industrial automation fundamentals
Basic understanding of PLC concepts and ladder logic
Ability to read and understand simple engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Good problem-solving and learning attitude
Willingness to travel for installation and site support activities
Basic communication and teamwork skills
Education
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with strong interest in industrial automation are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with internship/project exposure in automation or machinery will have an added advantage
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn are highly valued
