Fresh candidates should undergo a training and evaluation period of 3 months (may-be extended based on performance) and there will be no stipend during the training period.
While receiving the appointment order, the candidate should sign an work-agreement with a salary package of Rs.1,80,000 per annum for a period of one-year followed by the training period.
