Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement project plans, assigning tasks to team members and monitoring progress.

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.

• Conduct requirements discussions, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and project goals.

• Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Build and lead project teams from project initiation to completion.

• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Ensure effective communication within the team and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

• Monitor and evaluate the overall status of multiple projects concurrently.

• Identify potential risks and challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that projects are aligned with organizational objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.

* Nurture and expand relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to key accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on client relations and team leadership.

• Strong understanding of business processes and client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate and guide teams.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
