Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the services sector.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services, including ERP solutions.
• Utilize your network and actively pursue new business opportunities for our diverse service offerings.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and tailoring service solutions to meet those needs.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of service offerings, including ERP products, to effectively
communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and
advantages of our comprehensive service portfolio.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a
consistent and efficient approach.
• Utilize CRM systems for tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics and ensure timely
follow-up on leads and opportunities.
• Work closely with product development and customer support teams to provide valuable
insights and feedback from the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness
and lead generation across various service lines.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on versatile service offerings, including ERP products (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in a diverse service oriented industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
